Wembley Stadium (England)

Wembley Stadium is the stadium for the England football team. It also hosts Champions League Finals, European Championships, F.A Cup Finals, League Cup Finals and many concerts for the world's best music artists. We have seen many English cup finals here as well as the Champions League final in 2011. The stadium has 89,000 seats.

Getting there: From the North of England, take the M6 and M1 all the way to Wembley at SatNav postcode HA9 0WS. For parking you can go to the official Wembley Park car parks here. Expect to pay £40 for parking near the stadium. If based in London we advise you to take the London underground (tube). You are looking to get off at Wembley Stadium station. This can be accessed on the London Underground Metropolitan line and also the Jubilee Line. expect to pay around £4.40 for a single tube journey. Details here

Taking a Stadium Tour - Wembley Stadium has a brilliant tour well worth doing. You can book tours between 09:30-15:00 and do so via the official website here. The tours costs £24 for adults and £17 for under 16s. Kids under 5 years old can enter the tour for free. 

Match Tickets - Watching a game or event at Wembley stadium is relatively easy. However you should plan ahead by looking at what events are on when you are in London. You can find the latest list here. If you are looking to attend a football match your best chance is an England game for the men's or women's teams.  At the team of writing England vs Spain Lionesses was available for prices of £25-55. With under 16s for £15. If you want to watch a club team you are not going to be able to get a ticket if a big game like an F.A Cup Final as the clubs have those tickets for season ticket holders. You may be able to get tickets for F.A Trophy games and some F.A Cup Semi Finals if any of the teams are a slightly smaller club.
